# Account

> Update personal details, change your login email, and open the account deletion flow.

This page is for account owner identity and login-level changes.

Click your name at the bottom of the main navigation, click [**Settings**](https://app.remapdb.com/settings), then click [**Account**](https://app.remapdb.com/settings).

## Personal information

Use this area to keep your account owner details correct.

  <Step title="Open personal information">
    On **Settings > Account**, go to the **Personal information** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update your details">
    Fill **First name**, **Last name**, **Phone number**, and (optional) **Time zone**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click the **Save personal information** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Refresh the page and confirm your saved values are still visible.
  </Step>

## Change your login email

Use this when your main login mailbox changes.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open change email">
    On **Settings > Account**, go to the **Change email** section.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter the new address">
    Fill **New email** and **Confirm new email**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm with your password">
    Fill **Password**, then click the **Change email** button.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve from your new inbox">
    Open your new mailbox and click the confirmation link from Remapdb.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Your login email does not change until you confirm from the new mailbox.
</Warning>

## Pending email-change request

If a request is already waiting for confirmation, you can:

* Click the **Resend confirmation email** button.
* Click the **Cancel email change** button.

If the request expires, start the flow again from **Change email**.

## Open account deletion

Click the **Delete account** button to open the deletion confirmation modal.
