# Company information

> Update your company name and business type used in your Remapdb account profile.

Use this page to keep your business identity details correct.

Click your name at the bottom of the main navigation, click [**Settings**](https://app.remapdb.com/settings), then click [**Company information**](https://app.remapdb.com/settings/company).

## What you can update

* **Company name**
* **Business type**

## Update company information

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open company information">
    Go to **Settings > Company information**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the company name">
    Fill the **Company name** field. You can leave it empty if you do not want to show one here.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select business type">
    Open the **Business type** dropdown and pick the option that best matches your business.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click the **Save company information** button.
  </Step>
