This page is for account owner identity and login-level changes. Click your name at the bottom of the main navigation, click Settings, then click Account.

Personal information

Use this area to keep your account owner details correct.

Open personal information

On Settings > Account, go to the Personal information section.

Update your details

Fill First name, Last name, Phone number, and (optional) Time zone.

Save

Click the Save personal information button.

Confirm

Refresh the page and confirm your saved values are still visible.

Change your login email

Use this when your main login mailbox changes.

Open change email

On Settings > Account, go to the Change email section.

Enter the new address

Fill New email and Confirm new email.

Confirm with your password

Fill Password, then click the Change email button.

Approve from your new inbox

Open your new mailbox and click the confirmation link from Remapdb.
Your login email does not change until you confirm from the new mailbox.

Pending email-change request

If a request is already waiting for confirmation, you can:
  • Click the Resend confirmation email button.
  • Click the Cancel email change button.
If the request expires, start the flow again from Change email.

Open account deletion

Click the Delete account button to open the deletion confirmation modal. For the full irreversible process, open Account deletion.
