Use this page to control non-critical communication emails. Click your name at the bottom of the main navigation, click Settings, then click Email preferences.

How saving works

Each toggle saves immediately when you switch it on or off. There is no Save button on this page.

Available email categories

  • Database update emails: New vehicles, ECU data, tools, and specs.
  • Promotional emails: Occasional offers and recommendations.
  • New features and announcements: Product updates and releases.
  • Quotes summary: Quote activity summary.
  • Widget usage summary: Widget activity summary.
  • API usage summary: API usage summary.
  • Feedback and surveys: Product feedback requests.

Update your preferences

Open email preferences

Go to Settings > Email preferences.

Switch categories on or off

Use each category toggle based on what your team wants to receive.

Verify

Refresh the page once and confirm your toggle states remain as expected.
Disabling these toggles does not block critical account, security, or billing emails.

If a toggle does not save

  • Toggle it once more and wait a second.
  • Refresh the page and check again.
  • If it still fails, open Support request process.
