Use this page for day-to-day billing checks and billing profile updates. You can open billing in two ways:
  • Click your name in the bottom-left main navigation, then click Billing.
  • Click your name in the bottom-left main navigation, click Settings, then click Billing.

Current plan

The Current plan section shows:
  • Plan name
  • Plan status
  • Billing period
  • Renewal date
  • Current charge breakdown
You can also:
  • Click the Update subscription button to open plan update options.
  • Click the Cancel subscription button to start the subscription cancellation procedure.
  • Click the Cancel scheduled change button when a future plan change is already scheduled.
Plan-change timing:
  • Higher-cost paid-plan changes apply immediately with proration, and any amount due is charged now.
  • Lower-cost paid-plan changes and downgrade to Free are scheduled for period end.

Payment method

If your account has an active billing profile, this section shows your saved payment method.
  • Click the Manage button to open the Stripe billing portal in a new tab.
  • Update card details there, then return to Remapdb.

Billing address

This section shows your current billing address and tax-related billing profile details.
  • Click the Manage button to open the Stripe billing portal in a new tab.
  • Update company and billing address details there.

Invoice history

This section lists recent invoices with date, amount, and status.
  • Click the invoice open icon to open a specific invoice.
  • Click the View invoices button for full invoice history in the Stripe portal.
