Use this page when you want the Remapdb support team to help with advanced widget styling.

Before you start

  • Confirm the style change cannot be done with your current branding settings.
  • Prepare the exact website URL where the widget is live:
    • Open the live page where the widget is shown.
    • Copy the full URL from your browser address bar.
    • Use the published URL, not an editor preview URL.
  • Prepare short, clear styling instructions (what to change and how it should look).
This request action depends on your plan and feature access. If the action is disabled, your current plan does not include styling support.

Open the request form

You can open the same request form in two ways:

Open from Support

Click the Support item in the main navigation, then click the Request help button in Widget complete custom styling.

Open from Branding

Click the Branding item in the main navigation, scroll to the help section, then click the Help me with styling button.

Fill and submit the form

Enter website URL

In Website URL, enter the exact live page URL where you want style changes applied. Copy this URL directly from your browser address bar.

Enter details (optional but recommended)

In Details, describe what should change. Add links or references if you have brand examples.

Complete captcha

Complete the captcha check in the form.

Submit

Click the Request help button.

Field requirements

Website URL

  • Required.
  • Must be a valid website address.
Examples:

Details

  • Optional.

How to write useful details

A good request usually includes:
  • What should change (colors, fonts, spacing, buttons, inputs).
  • Where it should change (specific pages or sections).
  • Visual references (brand guide, website section, screenshot).
  • Any constraints (deadline, legal text, accessibility requirement).

What happens after submission

  • You receive an in-app confirmation.
  • A request ID is created.
  • Support follows up to your account email.
  • Usual response target shown in the interface is 1 to 3 business days.

If the form does not submit

  • Check that Website URL is filled with a valid website address.
  • Check that captcha is completed.
  • If the action is disabled, check Feature availability by plan and your Billing.
