This page helps you monitor your daily quote capacity and prevent lost requests. Click the Quoting item in the main navigation.

Check your current usage

In the top usage block, review:
  • Quotes received today.
  • Your daily quote limit.
  • The progress bar.
  • The exceeded attempts count.
The exceeded attempts count shows how many quote tries happened after your daily limit was reached.
This helps you understand how many potential customers wanted to submit a quote but could not. If this number keeps growing, it is a clear signal to increase quote capacity before your next campaign.

What counts toward your daily limit

Counted:
  • Quotes that are successfully submitted and accepted.
Not counted:
  • Opening the quote form.
  • Validation errors (for example missing required fields).
  • Failed reCAPTCHA checks.
  • Failed integrity checks.
Still tracked separately:
  • Attempts made after the daily limit is already reached (these increase the exceeded attempts count).

What your visitors see when the limit is reached

When the limit is reached:
  • New quote requests are blocked.
  • The visitor sees that quotes are not available right now.
  • Quoting becomes available again after the next daily reset.
When the daily limit is reached, new leads cannot submit quotes. If this happens often, review your plan before active campaigns.

Reset time

Your quote usage resets every day at 00:00 UTC. This means:
  • Unused quotes do not carry over.
  • A new day starts from zero accepted quotes.

If you hit the limit often

  • Check the exceeded attempts number each day.
  • If exceeded attempts appear regularly, review your current plan.
  • If needed, click your name at the bottom of the main navigation, then click Billing, and move to a plan with higher quote capacity.
Daily quote capacity depends on your subscription plan and feature access.
